1. General Conditions
These general conditions are valid for both all unbinding holiday requests as well as binding reservations via our website booking tool.
Reservation request and online booking: every reservation request and booking via our booking tool will be forwarded to the hotel Feldwebel.Thus, unbinding reservation requests will be sent to the hotel via email and the hotel will be designing an offer or work on your specifically required information and send them to you. However, online reservations of daily prices and/or packages are binding. With the confirmation of the reservation a binding contract comes into being - please adhere to the exisiting cancellation terms and conditions. The Hotel Feldwebel has the possibility to refuse reservations within 24 hours.
The accommodation contract comes into being and is valid between you and the Hotel Feldwebel. The total sum of your reservation will be charged directly at the hotel, either in cash or with a valid credit card. All additional claims and demands are solely vaild between you and the Hotel Feldwebel.
Reservation changes and cancellations: reservations are valid later than 6 pm on the day of arrival (throughout the entire night). Please follow the additional cancellation terms below:
- Up to 3 months prior to arrival a reservation can be cancelled free of charge.
- Up to 1 month prior to arrival 40% of the entire reservation sum will be charged
- Up to 1 week prior to arrival 70% of the entire reservation sum will be charged
- Within the last week prior to arrival 90% of the entire reservation sum will be charged

We recommend signing a travel cancellation insurance with your private insurance service.

Hotel-Categories and Hotel-/Travel information: the internationally vaild hotel classification according to the number of stars gives an unbinding hint to the hotel-standard in consideration of the hotel's own self-assessment. All additional hotel- and travel information also rest on the hotel's own statements.
Contractually binding room prices: all prices visible within our system are daily prices and or special rates (which are subject to change at any time) and are valid for all bookings undertaken through our booking engine.
All reservations can be undertaken with our best, up-to-date Hotel Feldwebel daily price, which is selected and shown under the name of the Hotel Feldwebel. All available offers, such as last minute, seasonal, weekand or any other special reate will be automatically considered during your reservations.
Misellaneous: All contents have been studied carefully. Regardless of this, no guarantee for correctness, completeness and actuality of the information can be given by the Hotel Feldwebel.
Jurisdiction: Austrian law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Kufstein, Austria.
2. Additional information on data protection
The Hotel Feldwebel would like to strengthen your trust in online reservations. Thus we would like to inform you about
- what kind of information we are gathering and
- how this information is going to be used
Anonymous usage of our reservation tool: in general you can make use of our online booking tool without stating any personal information, thus an anonymous usage is possible. This can be undertaken if you, for example, inform yourself about an offer without having to register first.
Registration: if you wish to be a reservation client of the Hotel Feldwebel or a hotel or travel agent partner of the property, we would need personal information about you such as your name and your address. We will inform you about gathering this information during the process of your registration. This requested data are needed in order to arrange for an offer or a contract. All additional information which ismarked as voluntary is not needed for your registration. If you have stated any such additional information, we will use this info for statistical evaluation only.
Right for information: as a registered user we are happy to provide information on all the data we have collected about your person. Please contact hotel@feldwebel.at
Deletion: Upon your request, we delete your data entirely and as soon as possible. Please contact hotel@feldwebel.at. Please note that we can only delete your data entirely after having processed all ongoing transactions at that time. After deletion we are happy to inform you again.
