If something unforseen happens, and you cannot spend your holidays with us as planned, the General Terms for Austrian Hotel Businesses applies (AGBH - allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen für die Hotellerie) , which we have altered concerning the cancellation terms to your advantage as follows.

All stated prices are to be understood in EURO, per person and day, incl. half-board

Our prices are valid excluding city tax: € 2,50 per person/night
(children up to 15 years of age do not have to pay city tax)
Please note that our half-board offer can only be booked for a minimum stay of 4 nights.
Tuestday is our rest day, so we only offer bed&breakfast for all our guests. Half board-surcharges are valid during winter- and summerseason!
Surcharge for half board: € 20.00 per person/night, € 10.00 per child (4-9,99 y.) per child/night, € 14.00 per child (10-14,99 y.) per child/night
Packages are only bookable with half-board. We do not refund unconsumed services.
For stays up to 3 nights: € 5,00 per person/night
On the day of departure we will make your room available to you by 10.00 a.m.
On the day of arrival, the room can be occupied from 2 p.m.
Days of arrival: Samstag, Sonntag, Mittwoch, Donnerstag, Days of departure: daily, Min. stay: 2 nights
Unfortunately we cannot welcome pets.
For the well-being and health of our guests, our entire dining room with parlor is a non-smoking area. The reception area and all hotel rooms are also smoke-free. You are welcome to smoke on the balcony or at the bar.
With the publication of our new price list, all other prices lose their validity. Price changes, printing errors as well as offer changes excepted.
You can pay your bill in cash, with EC card, Visa and Mastercard (credit cards).
Single room surcharge: € 25,00 per night - "Beginners-double rooms" and "Feldwebel rooms without balcony" on demand!
